Alice Chera is a certified Life Coach, speaker, writer, and discussion facilitator, in practice since 2008. Alice empowers individuals who want to live with more ease and enjoyment through private coaching and Vision Mapping workshops. Alice guides clients to greater overall wellness using scientifically proven mind-body techniques to reduce stress, build resilience, and perform their best at work and at home. She is certified by the Coaches Training Institute, the largest experiential coach training and leadership development organization in the world. Alice gives workshops in a variety of corporate, educational, and institutional settings to people who seek to live with more intention and joy. In 2020, Alice began leading virtual hour-long interactive wellness sessions for women and their colleagues at one of the world’s largest financial institutions—sessions that encourage mindfulness to cope with change, build self-awareness, process trauma, and flourish at work.
